I am looking at purchasing InDesign, via Creative Cloud, for my non-profit organisation and am unsure which option is best – individual user or team.
It will be used predominantly by one person (newsletter editor) but a second person my need it if the editor is away for an extended period. When the editor changes obviously another person needs to install InDesign. We also need to be able to remotely ‘deactivate’ or block someone once they have left the position of editor. Can this be done with Creative Cloud for teams?
Can a single app, 1-user license be installed on two PCs belonging to different people?

No - Cloud License allows 2 activations http://www.adobe.com/legal/licenses-terms.html
-Install on a 2nd computer http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1452292?tstart=0
-Windows or Mac does not matter... 2 on the same operating system, or 1 on each
-Two activations on one account MAY NOT be in use at the same time (note in the above license link)
-An individual account is for one person and may not be shared with anyone else

Thanks for this information - very helpful. Sounds like we need to purchase InDesign CC with a single license. That license can be reassigned to another person if necessary via the admin console. Should we need to have additional team members we can increase the number of licenses at any time. Am I correct?
