Paper jam issues with Lightroom CC Windows 10 to a HP Photosmart D7260.
I have unistalled drivers/app for the HP printer and then reinstalled them. At  LR print module send to print. Paper loads (4×6 or 8×10 makes no difference). Paper seems to be at the print heads the o/s reports paper jam. To me look like the file to be printed gets lost, if that is possible.

Same image loaded in photoshop cc prints fine, photo exported from LR as jpg, prints fine from windows app.

Any idea what to do here? Needless to say all this worked before upgrading to windows 10. But to me it seems adobe (from LR) is not sending the file to the printer.

Solution was found from another blog  and it worked for me.

After several attempts to resolve the Lightroom/HP Photosmart Printer ‘Paper Jam’ issue, by uninstalling/reinstalling HP Printer drivers (all to no avail), I have now recently found a different solution.
I have done this by the ‘Add a printer’ route, so that I now have two sets of preferences for my one printer.
The steps required are as follows:
          ‘Add a printer’
‘The printer that I want isn’t listed’
‘Find a printer by other options’
Add a local printer or network printer with manual settings’
          ‘Choose a printer port’
          ‘Use an existing port’
‘USB001 (Virtual Printer Port for USB)’
          ‘Select Manufacturer’
          ‘Select Printer’

This process has worked for me with Lightroom 5.7.1 with an HP Photosmart C7280 Printer.
I think this way I’m probably using a Windows 10 driver to run the printer, rather than an HP one.
So now I select from ‘HP Photosmart 7200 Series’ for printing from all other Apps or ‘HP Photosmart 7200 Series (LR)’ for printing from Lightroom.
