I am sure this has been asked, but the chat is unhelpful, so here goes: Is there any way of pausing my Adobe subscription for a few months while I am not using it so I don't get charged $40/month? I can't afford to pay that much for something I'm not using. It said that I will be charged 50% of my contract ($145) to "cancel" my subscription. I made it very clear I did not want to cancel, only to pause temporarily. I would really like an actual answer to this question instead of copy/paste answers. This is a very unprofessional way of treating a committed customer and I am disappointed.
You can cancel a monthly plan any month and then restart it when you wish to have it again. The yearly memberships can only be cancelled at the end of the term, otherwise you will be charged a cancellation fee for early termination. When you commit to a full year of membership, you get a discounted rate. With the monthly plan, there is more flexibility, but it costs more.
