I couldn't open library books. The error message was that the book was protected - it's a library book. It was working fine. I unauthorized and reauthorized. That didn't work. I deleted my adobe and tried a different version.

I can't open my library books.  I checked the forum and it was suggested that I unauthorize and reauthorize.  I did that - I still got the error message that the content was protected by Adobe - I deleted my adobe program and opened a different version, 3.0, that didn't work either.  Now I have a new message - check activation.  I can't even download books.  I am getting pretty disgusted.  Getting help is ridiculous - I would rather pay for a service and get some service than go through this.
