What is the image number? If it is an .ai file you will need to convert it first to a file format that web browser understand such as .png, jpg or .svg
The file number is 79237858
How do I check for the file format and convert the file if that's the
problem? The image was downloaded to my library and the only place I can
find it is in my muse cc library and I don't see where I have access or can
change the format ...
There is no mention of the file type in CC Library ... Nor does it give me
an option to change it to a more compatible file type.

It does have the type before you add to library and if you hover over the image in your library it also says what type it is. Or you can turn on list view in your libraries panel and it shows the file types as well.
To prevent getting an .ai file uncheck vectors when doing a search.
To change it you need to open it in Illustrator and save it as .png, .svg or .jpg.
Okay ... Pulled up the Adobe Stock Photo site. The image is in AI/EPS
I don't have illustrator to change the file type. I had no idea that I'd
run in to this kind of problem.
I paid $10 plus tax for the right to use the image.
How do we resolve this issue?

Download it and get it to someone you know with Illustrator?
If you have photoshop you can create a blank image and then put the ai image into it and save as a .jpg as well.
Interesting, seems Muse will automatically convert the image to SVG. I just tried it myself and it works great.
Can you provide some screenshots of what you see? Are you previewing in browser or in Muse?
Looks like the issue is resolved ... At least for now.
Doesn't look right in Muse, but when I preview in browser must be it
automatically changes the file format. Also changes the color. But, that's
Thanks for your help ...
