    Video masking

i have a image jpeg sequence that i made into a video, problem is i want to include a chair in that video so i rendered it out in another jpeg sequence and with the floor underneath, it was done from the same camera so both animations match up, i also rendered out the mask for this chair as a plain color jpeg sequence but i dont know how to use this to delete the floor and just include the chair in aftereffects, any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Read up on track mattes. And by all means, do not use a compressed format like JPEG for such stuff! Your edges are going to "dance" and flicker all over the place.

you did it Mylenium, just saw one video on youtube and its exactly what i need and thanks for the advice on the jpegs, i was using jpegs to save on memory space since its not something high quality but seems i was thinking wrong, which format would you recommend?
