This is a completely inadequate response. Perhaps it is to be expected that Adobe would respond this way to its own major screw up.
I lost data too, as I'm sure that many other CC customers did. All you have to say is that you've fixed the barn door after the horses have bolted?! Totally inadequate!

The problem update was Creative Cloud Version 22.214.171.124 released on 2/11/2016 NOT Photoshop. You should have an update for Creative Cloud Version 126.96.36.199 released on 2/14/2016 that fixes the issue. If you lost personal data, I haven't heard any solutiin the forums directly from any Adobe staff, but I would think the only solution is to restore from a backup.
