Last year I bought Adobe Cloud. Not from Adobe, but by a retailer. I first didn't want to continue my license for this year, so Adobe inactivated it. Then after a couple of weeks I regretted my choice not to continue, so I reactivated it. I bought a new changecode and reactivated it..There lies my problem...my account shows an active and an inactive account. Whenever I try to work with Adobe Acrobat DC or Photoshop, I can't use the options, because I constantly get the message that my account needs to be reactivated.....Whatever I try...it doesn't work HELP Please
Yes,you do have active creative cloud subscription registered in your Adobe account.
do you have creative cloud desktop application installed? please open desktop application tsign out and sign in back with your Adobe i.d
