The credit card being used was rejected because it was over the limit. This has been corrected but I can't see any way to pay the account manually or have Adobe reprocess it.
All I can do is change the card. I tried changing it and then reverting to the original one but Adobe won't accept it.
I tried going through the contact us link but ended up with a Recommendation of Chat but no live link. I can't find any other way of using Chat. Everything else leads me back to the same page and problem.

Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache. If it fails to connect try using a different browser.
