I have purchased Adobe creative cloud monthly subscription plan (499/pm) on 28th Jan 2016 through my debit card.
I didn't get any Receipt for the same order. Now I have just formatted my laptop and purchased a new creative cloud subscription through credit card because in my login under the manage account I am not getting my previous order details.
Still 499 is debating from my account. Now I want to cancle my subscription (purchased on 28th Jan 2016).
Please assist me the same as the site is not showing my previous order details. Please take this on high priority.
