My Sync fonts checkbook is grayed out in the creative cloud app and I can not click it to sync my fonts to Typekit.
I upgraded today to the lastest creative cloud and now when I click on "Assets / Fonts" it just spins and spins and spins all day long.
What do I need to do in order to get my fonts to sync?
I'm sorry you ran into trouble here. At the risk of sounding like every support technician ever, it’s actually quite possible that restarting the computer may resolve this particular issue.
1. sign out of the Creative Cloud desktop application, by choosing Preferences > General, and clicking the Sign Out button (screenshot attached).
2. quit the Creative Cloud desktop application
3. restart the computer
4. start the Creative Cloud desktop application
5. sign back in to Creative Cloud
The new Adobe ID session coupled with the restart may get the fonts working for you.
Please give that a try, and let me know how it goes. If that doesn't fix it, please send us an email at: firstname.lastname@example.org so we can further help.
