Why do Adobe CC dialog boxes appear top-left on default? Doen anyone else think this is annoying and stupid? How difficult is it to figure out the dimensions of my screen and interpolate the middle? Please.
It annoys me to no end that I have to relay my attention to the margin of my screen every time a CC app needs some attention. And it‘s not as if CC apps remember my preferred dialog position once I drag it to the middle. By default they‘re slapped back on the top-left side of my screen every time.
It‘s these kind of minor flaws that make me hate to tools I work with and pay every day and motivate me to look out for alternatives; apps that are crafted with care, with the user in mind. Life it too short for annoying stupid lazy like this. [moderated]
Actually many professionals prefer to not have dialogue screens blocking their work. Many will set up their dialogues to be always open and set off to the side.
