I have just checked your account details and your volume license activation can be done on other machine now.
Please activate the product on the machine you want to.
Jessica, did Sheena's help solve your problem? I have the exact same problem.
You will need to use the DVD or download link in the Licensing.adobe.com (LWS) as the installer for Retail & Volume were different.
Regarding the activation issue, please recheck as it should be resolved.
In case it is not, then do let us know the error message or a screen shot would be more helpful.
