You have separate subscriptions for Adobe Stock and Creative Cloud so cancelling Stock will not impact your CC membership.
Please check - Cancel your Adobe Stock membership - section on "Cancel a stand-alone Stock membership"
Thank you. That would be great if it actually worked that way.
But in fact, Step 3 does not let me continue on to give a reason to cancel. Instead, it puts me in a loop that only offers me the option of "Subscription Terms," which I've read many times, or "Customer Support."
The latter puts me in a loop where the only options are Cancel Membership (CC), which I don't want, or Chat (which seems to be always closed) or sometimes, Telephone, which is not open at this time (I'm on EST).
Adobe apparently has it set up so that Stock cannot be canceled online within 14 days. I don't think this is a very customer-friendly way of doing business.
Sorry to hear that the self-cancellation workflow isn't working for you. I've gone ahead and cancelled your Stock subscription - thanks for trying it out!
