    adjusting bone positions after armature is built?

      I just got off the chat with someone with Adobe from India who didn't know his right hand from a squirrel, so I'm hoping maybe someone on here has an answer:

       

      I've built my character and rigged up the "bones" (IK), but they're not in an ideal position... I'd like to edit the positioning of some of these nodes, but Animate seems to have the bone lengths locked, and I see no way in properties or right-click dialogues to adjust this. How do you tweak the skeleton of your character after it's built?
