I have two computers that I'm working with for Creative Cloud. One is a Windows 7 laptop and the other is a Windows 10 desktop at home. My laptop has the recurring issue of not opening Lightroom CC2015 and saying "This Action cannot be completed because the server is busy. Choose Switch To to Activate the busy program and correct the problem." But none of the available buttons work and the window won't close. Only using Task Manager gets rid of it. But Lightroom still won't open. And in this condition, the Adobe Creative Cloud app opens but then continually spins. Any ideas on what's going wrong would be appreciated.
Photoshop will open but Premiere and Acrobat don't.
