I had to do a system restore after the Win10 dreaded Start Menu error. Now the start workspace comes up blank. I have removed preferences but that did not solve the issue. I remove and then re-installed some of the apps (enough to convince me that it wasn't an app issue) and that didn't make a difference either. Since It occurs in all apps I figured it had to be a Creative Cloud issue.

Only thing I can think of is a complete remove/replace
Sign out of your account... Uninstall... run the Cleaner...

-Restart your computer... Sign in to your account... Reinstall
