I have created a digital signature and need to be able to state, "I approved," "I wrote," etc. While the box for this option is checked there are no options given when I am signing a document. I'm thinking there is something else checked or unchecked that is preventing this option from working properly. Any thoughts on solving?
This is controlled by a preference setting: Edit > Preferences > Security > Advanced Preferences > Creation (tab) > Show reasons when Signing
