Nobody can tell you anything without exact system info or other technical details like the crash logs. You haven't even told us your version of AE, which makes your post pretty useless.
sorry this is my first time using a forum like this for an issue of my own. its AE CC 2015, the newest one that on the adobe creative cloud, and i cant find much in my system crash logs, except where its saying it didnt reboot properly after a system shut down possibly caused by when the "system stopped responding, crashed or due to loss of power", and the timeline matches up to when the system crashed.
i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program but it still does it

i decided to check my drivers where up to date which they were so i rolled back my driver for my gpu and it seems to be working now, i did a search and have found other people also seem to be finding this helps with similar cases
How did you roll back the GPU driver? Because mine the roll back button is not active.
