I just received something similar. The web address is bogus, but it looked initially like a legit Flash update alert from Adobe. The file downloaded without issue, but the file was only called 'flashplayer.exe', and looking in the details of the file, language is Saudi Arabia, and original name for the file is fraps.exe.
