How do I resolve the error 11 issue when I try to install the InDesign CC app? I just bought the upgrade and now I'm upset since it doesn't even work!!! It keeps saying "Uninstall and reinstall the app. If problem still occurs, contact tech support." I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times, but still the same error message. If I spend money on a product like InDesign, I expect it to work!!! Please help ASAP!!!!
There might be some corrupted InDesign files, probably invisible ones, download the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool, run it, empty everything you can find from any version you have and install again.
