I'm a student that does photography on the side as a flexible means of supplementing income. I just upgraded to a Canon 70D (yay, new work toys!) and realize that I now need to upgrade my Lightroom as well.
I'm guessing the 9.99/month plan would be sufficient for a working student (photography is mostly a hobby that sometimes pays for me) but I'd like to hear some feedback from other photographers, esp part-time/newer/student, and make sure it's been a good fit for both their wallet and changing demands, too..
With a CC subscription you'll always have access to the latest version, so there is no problem importing files from your camera.
And 10 dollars a month for Lightroom and Photoshop is a bargain in my opinion.
Before committing to a purchase, download and install the LR CC trial and make sure it works on your computer. It has a 64-bit only OS requirement and higher minimum OS versions.
