Update your graphics driver.
I updated graphic drvier to GTX660 361.91 version (latest) on Geforce Experience... But AE is still not opening Thanks for answering my question..
Update Windows. You might need Service Pack 1 to run AE on Windows 7.
Computer already have service pack 1. I updated widows as you commented... But It dosen't work.. Thanks for answering for my Q
I googled about <GPU manager> Sniffer result code 3, and I found some people who had same error that my computer has, and They solved this problem by uninstalling CUDA program.
So, I checked if my computer has CUDA, But No. I didnt find any.
Then what is the problem? Should buy new graphic card?
Graphic driver updated, windows updated (has service pack1), uninstalling and reinstalling AE, deleating Korean fonts, No CUDA in my computer, downgraded graphic driver and updated again..
I have tried all these things. to fix the error but none of them worked..
I dont know whats wrong with this. I really need help.
