Make a backup of our website. How to do?

We have an SEO subcontractor starting work this week and would like to make a backup our our website. How to do?

You can use sFTP to backup the files, otherwise look at this app for an easy solution: BackupBC App for Adobe Business Catalyst

You can export most data elements in the admin through the admin as CSV, PDF files etc as well.

It's pretty simple to use in my experience. I have a few clients who have used it as well without any problems.

                                  Sounds good - will give it a try.

By the way we are having SEO work done soon - is there a way BC can monitor / measure SEO progress or would I need to use some sort of service outside of BC to keep track of progress.

Is this something you may have knowledge of ?
