I am not a designer and don't own any Adobe products other than Reader. I only wanted ONE image for a small project and thought it would be a jpeg. I signed up and was disappointed I couldn't even use the image I downloaded due to the format. Now I'm socked even more when I try to cancel that there is a £119 early cancelation fee. My understanding was there is a monthly fee and I could cancel. I had no idea there is a cancellation payout for the year and that it would be so high. I feel like Adobe is taking advantage of me. I only logged into the service ONCE and have no need for it. The subscription was in error. This whole situation is leaving me with a very negative feeling toward Adobe!
After an hour in the chat room with customer service I got the cancellation fee waived. This whole thing was a big mistake but I am happy that Adobe realised my situation and did the right thing.
