I'm trying to update my CC apps and cannot access them through the CC desktop installer. I can't disable the firewall as it's a corporate firewall (Symantec) and I've been assured that no adobe sites have been blocked. Despite this I'm still getting a 201 error.
I tried instead to download directly from adobe.com but all I get here is a screen with the rotating progress boxes for a while which is then replaced by a screen which says, "we are currently experiencing problems......please contact customer support".
With a corporate firewall you need to add Adobe Urls and ports to the firewall white list in order to install Adobe products.
