Missing Glossary Entries

I am using Robohelp 6 to create CHM file. Running Windows XP, SP3
I defined Glossary entries, enabled glossary in Default window, made sure that HHActiveX.dll is registered.

Viewing CHM file does not show any entries in Glossary panel.
Both "Term" and "Definition for" sections are empty
NOTE: Viewing WebHelp as primary layout shows Glossary entries.

Please advise.

Thanks you
Gene

Welcome to our community, Gene

Is this happening on your PC or on other PCs?

Note that you must distribute the HHActiveX.DLL and have it registered on on every PC using your help system

Cheers... Rick

Problem on all systems are tested. 2 XPs and 1 Vista
HHActiveX.DLL is registered. This is the first thing I checked. If not registered Glossary Panel is very different.

Hi Gene

You say the glossary panel is "very different" if the hhactivex.dll is not registered. Can you elaborate for us as having a blank glossary can't get more different!

Does the glossary display on your PC (presuming you have RoboHelp installed)?
