    How Can I get Acrobat 9 to accept and use my Identrust Electronic Signature?


      Case Number 0218019035: I can not use my identrust electronic signature/certificate with Acrobat 9;  it worked fine until three weeks ago.  i have gotten an error message for the past three weeks.  Identrust has verified and replaced my certificate and has indicated I now have to contact Adobe.  Acrobat still rejects my replacement certificate with an error message "Windows Cryptographic service reported an error:  the data is invalid.  Error code 13”  What can be done.  Do I need to remove and reinstall Acrobat 9?
