Go to 'About Indesign' and check your version then just go to CC Update panel and update to the latest version.
The current version is 11.3 (2015.3). It should show up in the Creative Cloud desktop app on the Apps tab.
Same issue here. I have 11.3 and this alert is asking for 11.2.
I have the same issue.
Trying to update InDesign - just says 'waiting' in the CC app.
Please uninstall InDesign and re install it through the Creative Cloud app, if not able to update it. Also check if there is any network issue like a firewall or anti-virus that may be blocking the update process.
