I purchased a single PC copy of Photoshop Elements 14 and Premier... due to a complete re-install of windows 10 on a new laptop, I now need to re-activate my adobe purchase although after downloading it from a back-up it states that the Product Key is not valid (of course it won't be because it has already been activated once) How do I get to re-activate it.
Also, this new laptop is having problems and it is only a couple of weeks old so, if I have to do a full re-install again, so be it - I also expect to be able to once again re-activate my copy of Adobe
Can anybody please answer my query from Adobe. It appears that Adobe has no Customer Service or help available for customers who have any problems that are not related to their massive online so called help articles. I ended up talking to somebody in India and quickly put the phone down.
How on earth do you connect to online Chat?? or does it even exist - there don't appear to be any live links to so called Chat. I paid for my purchase on the 19th February via Paypal and I can see that the only option I have is to complain to Paypal and hopefully they will be able to get through to somebody.
There is one activation left as one serial number can be activated two times.
