I'm working on a document in InDesign that has a multi-page table. For some reason, there is one cell that won't show the entire text (there's only one more line!) and instead it shows a red dot. Then it goes to the next table row. I've never seen this before. There's plenty of space to show the next line of text, so I don't understand why this is happening. See screenshot. TIA
Table > Cell Options > Rows And Columns > Row Height > The maximum row height
The red dot means that there is some text is hidden becouse the cell size smaller than the text space
Could be the row height combined with a bottom inset, if the there is an absolute or maximum height specified, or it could be some formatting problem in the text that makes the overset too wide for the cell. This is typically a No Break attribute applied to too much text, or a string of words separated by non-breaking spaces combined with disabled hyphenation.
