I have tried several times to burn a project to DVD. Unlike some other questions answered here, it goes through the encoding and compiling processes OK, but grinds to a halt 24% into the burn when making an ISO, even quicker when burning to disc.
I never used to have this problem - is this a Windows 10-related issue?
If the program seems to dump at the same spot, that's the spot to first focus on on your timeline. In your case about one-third of the way in. Is there a blank spot on your timeline where there is no video? Do you have Stop Marker at the end of your video? These can both cause problems.
Which processor do you have and with how much RAM? How much free, clean, freshly defragmented space is on your hard drive?
Which model of camcorder is your video coming from and what format and resolution is it?
Are you using photos in your video? Have you ensured that your photos are no larger 2000x1500 pixels in size (at 72 ppi)?
