I recently installed eLearning suite with Presenter 7. It
replaced a trial version of presenter which had lapsed. Now the
Insert flash feature doesn't work. I can get as far as selecting
the .swf but then upon selection the dialogue box disappears and
nothing has imported.
Have you got macros enabled in PowerPoint? IE when you open
the ppt file do you get asked to 'Enable content' (or alternatively
have you added the location of the ppt file to your trusted
locations in MS Office)?
I found that if this wasn't done then various elements of
Presenter would behave erratically.
Did you install Visual Basic for Applications under Office
shared features category when you installed Powerpoint ? Try
repair/change Office and enable Visual Basic for Applications under
Office shared features if disabled .
