I need direct contact with somebody at Adobe to resolve this issue - but seem to have no other option than to post to this forum.
Seems crazy seeing as how I just handed over more than $200.
Will someone from Adobe that can resolve this please contact me!

I found a phone number and the customer service was great. I logged in with the wrong email - my bad.
