    VBScript interface performance

      I'm reading data from the active document in Illustrator into a .NET application by using the VBScript interface, simply getting the item data from the object model and using it in my application.

      doc = app.ActiveDocument;
      Layers layers = doc.Layers;
      foreach(Layer layer in layers)
           // Read further items from the layer

      However, after upgrading to a cloud subscription based CS6, reading via the interface in this way has become 10 times slower than compared with previous CS2 - CS5 versions.

      Does anybody have any idea what the cause is, or any way to improve this performance?
