I've seen similar posts but none of the answers have worked for me. I've tried updating, signing in and out, closing and restarting programs to no avail.
I'm on a Mac using El Capitan 10.11.3. Basically I got a paid subscription of the whole CC suite (student) and it says I'm currently using trial software or that it's expired (depending on program). But I am paying the subscription, it shows both on my adobe account and on my bank statements. As I said above I've tried logging in and out of the account both within the individual software as well as the CC manager. Many suggest going through the help bar to deactivate and then license the software but I can't seem to find these steps or they do nothing.
Thank you! I had to get the adobe cleaner and uninstall everything but it looks to be working fine now!
