I recently got the Creative Cloud membership (one-year), but when I open my programs I get the 30 day trial come up.
How do I get rid of this or does it start over again next month when I pay my monthly fee?

If creative cloud application showing as trial, first sign out and sign in back in the creative cloud desktop application with correct email address under which you have subscription registered.
Kindly refer to the help document-
Sign in and sign out to activate Creative Cloud apps
If that doesn’t help, please try solution3 in the help document mentioned below-
Creative Cloud applications revert to trial mode after an update to CC 2015

Hi Akki,
I tired sign in and out and solution 3, but no luck.
I tired to find Redemption code but I keep going around in circles?
I tried to find my email to active my account but no luck. I think this is my issue. Again I tried to contact support to get them to send me another one but that keeps me going around in circles too??
