This is a Creative Cloud 30 day trial issue. I've tried everything on Adobe communities but still no luck. I tried to find a where to contact them on the Adobe website??
No I didn't tried solution 4, but just did it now, restarted etc but still no luck.
It's either something simple I'm missing or its a issue at Adobe ends? I've tired a lot of things ways over the weekend but not having any luck breaking it?
Well it was a document in etc folder titled 'host' on my computer that was blocking it. Delete all 'block activation' and bam!
