I installed Premiere 13 yesterday and every time I open it I get a No Disk error message. I've used other versions in the past and they didn't require a disk while creating the project. When I click Cancel, Try Again, or Continue on the message nothing happens and I can't close the message either. I've tried putting a disk in before I start but I get the same message. I've tried to install the 13.1 Version but it freezes my computer. Thank you.
Some corruption has snuck into your plugins.
You don't say what operating system you're using, but here's Windows 10 fix that may work.
Go to c:/ProgramFiles/Adobe/Adobe Premiere Elements 13/Plug-ins/Common/NewBlue. Rename the OldFilm.AEX file OldFilm.disabled.
Restart the program.
