I have a Creative Cloud membership and need to delay my payment. I am set-up to have Adobe directly draft the monthly payment directly from my bank account. I also understand that Adobe does offer a 21 day grace period to make a late payment. I contacted a representative via chat and was told since I am set-up with a direct payment, that there was nothing this representative could do to help. Is there anything I can do to delay my payment?
The payment can not be delayed. You can always cancel the CC & repurchase at the required time.
