On the 7th of january our company ordered InDesign CC (3 licences), which we paid for in advance (12 months), the day after. Despite this, we were pretty soon notified, every time the software was in use, that our membership soon would expire within a short time. Today we have 5 days left regardless that we´ve paid for 12 months.
Needless to say, we have made contact with the Adobe support several times. They directed our questions to Adobe-PO@digitalriver.com, which we also have sent several emails, including the Adobe Invoice, payment receipts etc. The reply from them since our first contact on the 18th of february reads the same every time ("Many thanks for your email. The Adobe CS Team will contact you on your issue"). Then nothing, absolutely nothing happens. No CS Team yet and 5 days left with InDesign CC, of which our company are extremely dependent.
Are we supposed to pay for another 12 months? And not being certain that it will work this time either. We find Adobe´s handling of our issue at least remarkable and your support is beneath contempt. /Lars Norberg
