What is the exact version of InDesign you are running. Choose About InDesign from the InDesign menu (Mac) or Help menu (Windows).
Does this happen with one file? All files?
I did restart about 50 minutes ago (or more) but as of yet, the response is still the same (please wait for a moment). I have the monthly subscription of CS6. I only have one InDesign file. I shut the window and started up the Adobe InDesign independently without uploading the file but the result is the same ("Please wait for a moment").
To answer your question more precisely, I think I have CS6. I was unable to open the program and follow your instructions. I am assuming it is CS6 based on the information on the upper left hand corner of the window which says:Adobe InDesign CS6. By the way, it is still on Please wait for a Moment mode.
