    How do I authorize or de-authorize my account?


      I set up an account years and years ago on my laptop so I could check out ebooks from my library.  I have since moved and have several new library cards but I can't authorize any of them.  Or de-authorize anything.  The chat support says my email is not on file and I have no clue what the "vendor ID" and password might be.  Please help!
