Each time when I try to open a photo from Lightroom to Photoshop (edit in), the programs returns with a message that I should upgrade my Camera Raw to version 9.4. So I downloaded this one and tried to install it. Just to read that my Adobe Application Manager tells me that this version is "not for me" and that I should run the Application Manager to upgrade. This last one refuses to upgrade my Camera Raw...
How can I upgrade the Camera Raw ??
Computer - Intel-based system, 12 GN Ram, sufficiant other resources
Programs - licensed versions of Lightroom 6 and Adobe Design Suite 6
Many thanks for your advise.
You can upgrade to Camera raw version 9.1.1 if using Photoshop 13 Keeping Photoshop Up-To-Date
You need to use DNG converter to process raw files that require Camera raw version 9.2 or above.
Camera Raw 9.4 is required for full compatibility with Lightroom 6.4. However, Photoshop CS6 can only utilize up to Camera Raw 9.1. That is why you are receiving the message. Choose the option to open a copy with Lightroom adjustments, and then check the option to not show that message again. From that point onward, a copy will be generated whenever you invoke Photoshop.
