Hope all is well. Thanks for opening up this post.
Im trying to make a video with green screen using Ultra Key and for whatever reason when I export it, it fails.
(Exporting though Premiere, the Media just plays a black screen)
(Exporting though Media Encoder, the export fails once the green screen comes into screen and stops exporting)
My specs are
OS X El Capitan
Mac Mini (Late 2014)
Processor 1.4 gHz Interl Core i5
Memory 16GB 1600 MHzDDR3
Graphics Intel HD Graphics 5000 1536 MB)
Spoke to Adobe Support and they couldnt help me, they sent me to you guys because they think its because of my graphics card.
Its a brand new machine and I didnt think I was going to have any restrictions due to hardware.
Is it another issue or do I need to change my graphics card? And if I do, what do I need to switch it to.
there is a long history of issues with premiere and intel graphics, so its possible that its to blame.
if its a graphics issue, you should be able to disable the graphics card by switching the programs settings to use mercury playback engine software only, not opencl.
if you want to upgrade the graphics card, you would have to look for a mac thunderbolt eGPU solution. there are a few available from different mfg's, im not sure which is best.
