I have an recurring error message that your support team had previously helped me to resolve. The message reads: There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drve \Device\Harddisk1\DR1.
I recall previously being told to delete a specific file which resolved the problem. Now I can't find my notes from the prior conversation so that I could attempt to repeat the remedy.
Your help would be appreciated since this pop up error message is very annoying and disruptive.
