Hi Marek ,
Sony Rx 100 II was first introduced in Lightroom 6.1.1 and requires camera raw 9.1.1.Please refer Cameras supported by Adobe Camera Raw
Your Options are to either Upgrade to Lightroom CC/6 or to use Free DNG Converter to convert .raw files to .Dng.This way you can import them to Lightroom and can work on them.
Download link for DNG Converter:- Photoshop Help | Adobe Digital Negative Converter 9.x

According to the page linked to by Akash above, the Sony Rx 100 II was supported in Lightroom 5.2, so the files should be recognized by 5.7.
What happens when you try to import? Can you see the files in the import dialog? Are they visible, but grayed out?
If you get an error message, please quote the full message.
Thanks for the correction ,My mistake I checked the Sony RX10 II
During import of RAW type ARW files, peview for this file is grayed and message is: preview unavailable for this file. When I try to import it after all message is: this file is not recognized by the RAW format support in Lightroom (1). Then suggestion for updade, which leads to info, that my version of Lightroom is the newest one.
Do I need a special plugin for RAW?
Lightroom doesn't use any plugins to import raw files . the raw support is built-in.
Are you absolutely sure that the camera is Sony Rx 100 II and not Sony Rx 10 II ?
Are you absolutely sure that you're using LR5.7, and not accidentally opening an older version you may have installed (like LR3 or 4)?
Have you successfully imported files from this camera before?
Does the problem happen with all files from this camera?
Are you using a card reader, or connecting the camera to the computer?
