We recently did a computer overhaul at our place of business, and we used to have a shortcut that when they hit it, it would remove the spaces between a paragraph. I have tried looking under paragraph & text styles and can't seem to find how it was set up.
This would depend on how the space were inserted. If they are a result of the Space-Before or Space-After attribute, then you can edit your Paragraph Styles to remove the space. If your document was unfortunately set up without using styles, you could select all and remove the space in the paragraph panel.
If the spaces were inserted by adding an extra paragraph return, then you can use GREP find/ change
I think it's in the preset searches: Multiple Return to Single Return
That worked perfectly, now the only question is how to set it as a keyboard shortcut
or a script if that be the case
