I downloaded Adobe Acrobat Reader onto my Ellipses tablet. Whenever I try to read a document that is 6.0 mb it shuts down and says "Unfortunately Adobe Acrobat has stopped." I am able to open the document but it will shut down 30 seconds later. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe and I've redownloaded the PDF through the Adobe App. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Thank you.
Are you observing this issue with all your pdfs? Could you please share your problematic pdf at email@example.com so that we can investigate the issue? What is the exact workflow you are following?
