I have a new Adobe Creative Account and my payments are coming out monthly; however, I am unable to sign in with my new account or access any programs I installed; it only let's me sign in under my old account. Can someone help me solve this issue?
I see you have an adobe account with the same email as with forums , however i don't see any subscription under this account .
If you are unable to change the email while logging , refer the steps below ::
Rename the OOBE to OOBE.old and then try to sign in with correct ID:
Windows C: \ users\ User account \ App data \ local \ adobe \oobe
MAC: Go / Go to Folder / Application support / Adobe / oobe
